Written to be read once, in full, without a lawyer.
What you get
One payment of 70 lei gives both of you the app and everything in it, including the decks we add later.
You need an account and an email address. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
What is yours
Everything you write stays yours. We store it so the app can work, and we do not use it for anything else.
You can export it or delete it whenever you want. Deleting is final: once it is gone, we cannot bring it back for you.
What we promise, and what we do not
We keep the app running and we keep backups. Still, no service is perfect, and this one is provided as it is: we cannot promise it will never be unavailable.
If we ever have to stop the service, you get warning and enough time to export everything.
Ending it
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account from inside it.
We can close an account that is used to harm someone else. That is the only reason we would.
